Paul Brech

CEO of BTIG Australia Ltd.

Paul Brech heads BTIG's Australian trading and sales team.

Paul joined BTIG in 2008 to establish the firm's Sydney office, where he currently holds the positions of both CEO and CFO. Prior to joining BTIG, Paul spent eight years in the Equities Group at Macquarie Bank Ltd. Earlier, he was CFO of Shell Cove Capital, a small start-up hedge fund. Paul is a Chartered Accountant, having previously worked for 10 years with PwC, formerly known as Coopers & Lybrand, in London, Tokyo and Sydney.

Henry Gordon

CEO of BTIG Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Henry Gordon heads BTIG's Singapore-based trading and sales effort.

Henry joined BTIG in 2009 and currently heads the Company’s Singapore trading and sales team. He began his career as a pit trader on the Sydney Futures Exchange. Also, Henry has worked as an Institutional Equity Sales person with Goldman Sachs JB Were, Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas and Lehman Brothers on Equity Trading desks in Sydney, London and Singapore.

Gary Hayes

CEO of BTIG Limited, London

Gary Hayes heads BTIG's Pan-European trading and sales effort, providing the global institutional client base with access to the European markets.

Gary joined BTIG in 2008 to establish the firm's European operation. Previously, he served as COO for Collins Stewart PLC. From 1983 to 2005, he was a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch and Smith New Court PLC, and held various trading and sales roles in both London and New York.

Jesse Letchner

CEO of BTIG Hong Kong Limited

Jesse Letchner heads BTIG’s Asian and Australian Regional Trading Operations.

Before coming to BTIG, Lentchner held senior executive positions with Goldman Sachs. Most recently he was Co-Head of Execution Services for Asia. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, Head of Securities in India, where he built and ran the equities and fixed income businesses. Before moving to India, Lentchner was Head of Execution Services and Co-Head of the Equity Sales Trading Desk in Tokyo. Prior to his time with Goldman Sachs, Lentchner worked as an equity sales trader in Tokyo at Nomura and in Hong Kong and New York at W.I. Carr. He started his career trading fixed income for a Japanese bank in New York.
